The NextMove Network gathered in Dallas on September 21st, 2021 for a one-day, collaborative effort to design a prototype process and network for redeploying returning missionaries into diaspora populations in North America. Partners had been reporting a significant loss of mission experience and expertise due to the inability to place returning missionaries into new ministry contexts. The prototype is being launched to assist in the process of reducing this loss.
